The equipment cleaned with semi water-based cleaning agents does not require sealed condensation and distillation recovery devices in each cleaning unit. However, due to the high viscosity of the semi water-based cleaning agent and its emulsifying effect on the water-based cleaning agent used in subsequent processes, the second unit needs to be rinsed with tap water and set to running water rinsing.
